Using The Hat Exchange

The Hat Exchange is an interface for launching and trading coins paired with RSTR through public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided for entertainment and experimentation with the memeconomy. Listings, memes, images, prices, rankings and market data are not investment recommendations or promises of future value.

Wallets and transactions

You connect a third-party, non-custodial wallet and authorize your own transactions. We do not custody your assets and are not a wallet, exchange, broker or adviser. Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. You are responsible for checking every wallet request, token address, route, amount, price impact, fee and network before signing.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose all value. Liquidity, quoted routes and transactions can fail. Smart contracts, wallets, networks, data providers and other third-party services may contain defects or become unavailable. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Launching coins and submitting images

You may submit a coin name, symbol, description, X profile and image. You retain ownership of your submission. You grant us and the service providers needed to operate the launch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, host, transmit and display it in connection with The Hat Exchange and the resulting coin. Submitted metadata and images may be pinned to permanent public storage and referenced onchain, where deletion may be impossible.

You promise that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, and that it is lawful and free of malware or abusive material. We may reject or remove content from our interface, but cannot reverse an onchain launch.

Eligibility and prohibited use

You must not use the service if you are in a blocked location, are a sanctioned person, act for one, or are otherwise prohibited by law. Do not evade location or sanctions controls with a VPN, proxy or other method. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with, overload, exploit or gain unauthorized access to it.

Availability and responsibility

The interface and its information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time and do not guarantee that prices, charts, listings or services are accurate, complete, secure or continuously available. Public smart contracts remain separate from this interface and may be accessible by other means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability arising from use of the interface, third-party wallets, public networks, market data and smart contracts.

See our Privacy Policy. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
